A: Forging and maching process for shaped products of elbows, tees and crosses, while cold drawn barstock is for the staights.

Most of our Connector products are made of carbon steel, brass, but also they can made of stainless steel or other material under the drawing of customers.

A: Of course, we can produce fitting according to your sample or drawings.

A: We can print model and your brand on the ferrule, but there is no enough space to print them on the fitting. It is no problem to print the model/ logo/brand or other information you want on the carton.

A: There are three alternatives:

1.Cr6+ free zinc plated that meet 120 hours salt spray test.

2.Zn-Ni plating that meet 560 hours salt spray test.

3.Electroless Nickel plated performance closer to stainless steel.
